Return and Refund Policy

Gurliess Enterprises offers an easy 7-day return policy to our customers.

Please note: We offer Coupon Refunds, Exchanges, or Monetary Refunds. To ensure a smooth process, please take an unboxing video of the package before opening it.

If a customer is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from Gurliess Enterprises, or if there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Gurliess Enterprises after due verification), he/she/they may initiate a request for returning the Product by generating a return request via the "RETURN YOUR PRODUCT" section on the website. The customer must initiate such requests for a return no later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she/they received the delivery of the Product.

Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your email.


Mandatory Criteria for Return

All returns must fulfill the criteria mentioned below:

  1. Return Request: Must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
  2. Condition: Items should be unused with all tags intact.
  3. Packaging: The return package must include the original invoice, packaging, and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back.
  4. Product Integrity: There should not be any scratches or deformities on the product.
  5. Embellishments: Ensure that any embellishments on the product are not damaged.
  6. Accompanying Gifts: Any gifts accompanying the purchased Product must be returned along with the product.
  7. Bundled Packages: If a User has purchased Products that are part of a package of multiple Products (e.g., Jewellery Sets), or if the Product is part of a promotional package, the User must return all the Products that form a part of the Bundled Package to process refunds.

If Gurliess Enterprises is not satisfied that the Product meets any one of the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return of the Product. The product will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

  1. Scratch & Dent Sale: No Return, Exchange, or Refund.

Return Process Overview

Step 1: Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately go to the "RETURN YOUR ORDER" section and generate a return request. Please note all return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery, and all the above mandatory return criteria must be met.

Step 2: Our Customer Care team will review your Return request within 24-48 working hours, and a reverse pick-up for the delivered product will be arranged.

Step 3: Please ensure that you have packed the return product securely (use Gurliess original packaging box or a strong packaging box with sealed tapes) to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. No Refund Coupon will be issued in such cases. If a product is received without the original packaging box, Rs. 99/- will be deducted from the refund amount.

Step 4: Hand over the parcel to our pick-up agent.

The returned parcel will take 7-10 days to reach our warehouse. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Once we receive the returned product(s), our quality team will perform a quality check on the items. This is subject to the return having met all the above-mentioned criteria of Return.

If the returned product(s) meets all the criteria for return, we will initiate your refund within 24-48 working hours of receiving the parcel. You will receive an email with a Coupon code worth your product value.

In case your Pincode is not serviceable by our courier partner for a reverse pick-up, we will request you to send the products via any courier service or India Post so that the product reaches us safely. We will not be responsible for any damage to the parcel during transit, and we will not accept any damaged products. Send us an email at support@gurliess.com & share the tracking details of the courier with us. In such cases, an additional amount of Rs. 99 will be added to your coupon refund value as a shipping reimbursement. This will not be in actuals.

Note: In the case of a Monetary Refund, Rs. 75/- will be deducted against the reverse logistics charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Please note that the entire process of return, from the day of us receiving your email to you receiving the coupon code, may take roughly between 10-15 days.


Return Logistics

In the event where the customer claims to have self-shipped the Product to us and Gurliess Enterprises does not receive the returned Product or the package containing such Product is empty, the customer shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to Gurliess Enterprises to prove their claim of return of Products through self-shipment. It is specifically clarified that any refunds or exchanges shall be processed by Gurliess Enterprises only upon receiving the returned Products and concluding the required quality checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the User, as the case may be.


Quality Check & Return Approval

In case the returned products do not meet all our return criteria or we receive used/defective or empty boxes, we will not be able to issue any refund. We will send the products back to the User.


Refund Method

All return refunds will be initiated only in the form of a Credit Note, Exchange, or Monetary Refund, which will be sent out to you via email within 24-48 hours of us receiving the returned product. All return Credit Notes, Exchanges, or Monetary Refunds will be issued only after our Quality team approves receipt of the product as per the criteria given above. All Coupon codes are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.gurliess.com.


Redeeming Your Coupon

  1. A Refund Coupon is valid only for 6 months from the date of issue.
  2. A Coupon can be used for a Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon.
  3. A Coupon cannot be used if the Cart Value is lesser than the value of the Coupon.
  4. A Coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
  5. Any item can only be refunded thrice in exchange for a coupon.
  6. Two or more coupons cannot be combined. Coupons cannot be used along with any other Offer coupon that you have.
  7. Coupons are non-transferable.

Gurliess Enterprises reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice to the User.
